Delegations, roles and end dates

The delegation says what the firm can do in the company. The company chooses it: a role (reader, editor or administrator) and, if it wants, an end date.

What to do

  1. Your firm's people work in the company with the delegation's role, or with their role in the firm if it is lower.

  2. The company changes role and end date from its “Consultants” page, and can revoke the delegation.

  3. The firm can withdraw from “Client companies”.

  4. With an expired delegation your firm can no longer enter the dossier: ask the company to renew it.

A tip

Every company always keeps an administrator who does not expire: that is why the firm that created it cannot withdraw until the company has its own administrator.
