Reading your subcontractors' dossiers
In “Supply chain” you see at a glance who shares their dossier, their audit readiness, expired documents and latest score. Opening a subcontractor shows the details.
What to do
Open “Supply chain”: for each subcontractor you see readiness, score, critical flags and expired documents.
Press the name of a subcontractor who shares to open their dossier.
Look at critical flags first: a “no” on an essential commitment.
Download the documents you need; those with workers' personal data stay with the subcontractor.
To keep it at hand press “Download PDF” on the subcontractor's page: status and dates of the documents and result of the latest submitted self-assessment. The subcontractor sees that you downloaded it.
A tip
The subcontractor sees each of your visits in their log: it's transparency, and it helps you talk. If something is missing, ask for it by naming the exact document.
