Inviting subcontractors into your supply chain
The framework asks you to extend its principles to your supply chain. Invite your subcontractors by email: SCDD is free for them, they prepare their dossier and share it with you.
What to do
Open “Supply chain” and press “Invite a subcontractor”.
Enter the subcontractor's email and, if you like, the company name.
The subcontractor receives the invitation, signs in or creates an account and links their company: by accepting, they share their dossier with you.
The invitation has an expiry: if needed, send a new one, which replaces the previous one.
A tip
Tell the subcontractor beforehand, in person or by phone: an expected invitation gets opened. And tell them SCDD is free for them and that they can share the dossier with their other clients too.
