Company details and production sites
It is the first step and takes a few minutes. VAT number and headcount help clients recognise you; sites matter because health, safety and environment are assessed site by site.
What to do
Open “Company” from the menu.
Check your VAT number (SIREN in France) and enter your headcount, then press “Save”.
In “Production sites” press “New site” and add at least your main site: name, address, activity and headcount.
Add your other sites too, if you have any: a warehouse or a separate unit counts.
A tip
The VAT number is already there from sign-up, and the page doesn't save without it. If you don't have the headcount to hand, save anyway and come back later. The step ticks off when VAT number and headcount are there, and the sites step with the first site.
