Supply Chain Due Diligence
Your supply chain documented once, shared with whoever you choose.
SCDD brings together in one place the self-assessments, documents and improvement plans of the companies in a supply chain. Suppliers use it for free and choose who sees what; clients follow their suppliers without chasing emails and spreadsheets.

Concept
What is supply chain due diligence
Supply chain due diligence is the ongoing work through which a company finds, prevents and reduces risks to people, the environment and legality along its supply chain, down to its suppliers' suppliers.
What it is for
- 01
Prevent
Spot what is wrong before an audit, an investigation or an accident, and act.
- 02
Prove
Have documents in order and up to date to show clients, auditors and authorities.
- 03
Reduce risk
Fewer operational, legal and reputational surprises, for yourself and for your clients.
- 04
Improve together
Turn checks into a shared improvement plan, not a list of faults.
Scope
Each tier documents its own, and looks at the one below
The most serious risks are often far from whoever signs the order. SCDD doesn't ask the brand to reach every workshop on its own: each company prepares its own dossier and invites its suppliers to do the same.
- Tier 1
Direct suppliers
The lead company prepares its dossier and invites its suppliers. It sees the status, documents and expiry dates of those who share with it.
- Tier 2
Subcontractors and processing
The subcontractor fills in once and shares with all its clients. If it works with others in turn, it invites them the same way.
- Tier 3 and beyond
The origins of the supply chain
The chain grows invitation by invitation. Each company only sees the suppliers that chose to share with it, and workers' data never leaves.
Features
From the first document to the improvement plan
SCDD takes every company along the same path, whether it is an eight-person workshop or the lead company that follows it.
- 01
See what applies to you
A few questions about the company (housing, canteen, chemicals, subcontractors…) pick the items and documents that really apply to you.
- Applicability
- Production sites
- 02
Do the self-assessment
For each item you answer yes, partly, no or not applicable, with a note. You see the score, the band and the critical items, calculated with SCDD's own rules, because the framework doesn't define any.

Keep your documents in order
Compliance documents, company register extract, risk assessment and everything else, with issue and expiry dates, versions and an expiry calendar. You can keep documents with personal data “available at audit”, without uploading them.
- Expiry dates
- Versions
- Audit readiness
- 04
Follow the improvement plan
Every “no” and “partly” becomes an action, with an owner and a due date. You close it with a document or a note.

Share with whoever you choose
Each client sees the dossier only if you allow it, and you can withdraw it whenever you want. A log shows who opened what; for those who don't use SCDD there is the dossier as a PDF.

Check your production capacity
Lines, shutdowns and orders from all your clients in one calendar: see whether an order fits before accepting it. Clients see your load only if you choose.

Build your own checklists
For your supply chain you create the checklists you need, with documents from the shared library: suppliers reuse the ones they already have and answer for free. The first one is free.
