Do you work for fashion houses and rely on subcontractors? The framework asks you to be compliant and to extend the same principles to your supply chain. In SCDD you prepare your own dossier and collect your subcontractors', without spreadsheets.
The path, step by step
Complete your company details
Enter your VAT number (or SIREN) and headcount. 2 minutes
Add your production sites
Add at least your main site, with address, activity and headcount. 5 minutes
Answer the applicability questions
Say yes or no to a few situations: chemicals, worker housing, discharges, emissions, subcontractors. 10 minutes
Do the self-assessment
Answer the framework's 50 expectations and, when you are done, the administrator submits it. 1-2 hours, over several sessions if you like
Prepare your audit documents
For each document on the main list, upload the file with its dates, or declare that you will show it on site. a few hours, spread over time
Invite your subcontractors
Send an email invitation to each subcontractor: SCDD is free for them. 5 minutes
Read your subcontractors' dossiers
Open the dossier of those who share it: documents, expiry dates and self-assessment result. 10 minutes per supplier
