For everyone
The document dossier and expiry dates
The dossier is the list of documents the auditor expects to see, only those that apply to you. Audit readiness tells you how many main-list documents are ready.
What to do
Open “Document dossier” and turn on “Still to prepare only”.
For each document press “Add”: upload the file with issue and expiry dates, or choose “Available during audit” if you will show it on site.
Documents with workers' personal data, such as payslips and identity documents, start as “Available during audit”: there is no need to upload them.
When a document is renewed, upload the new version with the new dates: the previous one stays in the history.
In “Expiry dates” you see what has expired and what is about to.
When the dossier is ready, press “Download PDF”: you get the compliance dossier to hand over even to people who do not use SCDD, with status and dates of the documents, audit readiness and result of the latest submitted self-assessment. Files are not included.
A tip
Don't upload payslips or identity documents unless you need to: declare them “Available during audit” and show them to the auditor on site. Files with personal data never go to clients.
