Payments and invoices
How do I pay?
When you need a plan, you activate it from the Subscription area, after signing up. You pay by card through Stripe, which handles the card details: SCDD does not see or store them.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel by yourself from the Subscription area, with no phone calls and without having to contact anyone.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, an electronic invoice issued with the billing details you enter: VAT number, recipient code or certified email, and registered address.
Do prices include VAT?
No, they exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at payment based on your company's country and VAT number.
What happens beyond the free allowance?
Beyond the allowance you need a plan. Choose the one that covers the number of suppliers (or companies) you follow: you can move to a bigger one as you grow.
Is the yearly plan worth it?
With the yearly plan you pay 10 months instead of 12: two months are free.
