Colleagues and roles
A dossier is rarely prepared by one person: someone handles safety, someone payroll, someone the environment. Invite them with the right role.
What to do
Open “People” from the menu: only an administrator can invite.
Press “Invite a colleague”, enter the email and choose the role.
The invitation has an expiry and works only once: your colleague creates their account from the invitation page.
You can change roles or deactivate people who no longer belong to the company; there is always at least one administrator.
A tip
A reader sees everything but changes nothing: the right role for people who only need to look. An editor answers and uploads documents; only an administrator submits, invites and shares.
