The improvement plan
When you submit the self-assessment, every “no” and every “partly” becomes an action. A client does not expect you to be perfect from day one: they want to see that weak points have an owner and a date.
What to do
Open “Improvement plan”.
For each action press “Edit action”: write what you will do, choose the owner among your company's people and the due date.
When it is solved, press “Close the action” and link the dossier document that proves it, or explain with a note.
If you realise it was not solved, you can reopen it.
A tip
Realistic due dates and one person per action: a plan that actually gets closed is worth more than an ambitious one. Actions are never deleted, so the history stays.
