Guide for suppliers: your ESG dossier in seven steps

The path, step by step

1. Complete your company details

   Enter your VAT number (or SIREN) and headcount. 2 minutes

2. Add your production sites

   Add at least your main site, with address, activity and headcount. 5 minutes

3. Answer the applicability questions

   Say yes or no to a few situations: chemicals, worker housing, discharges, emissions, subcontractors. 10 minutes

4. Do the self-assessment

   Answer the framework's 50 expectations and, when you are done, the administrator submits it. 1-2 hours, over several sessions if you like

5. Prepare your audit documents

   For each document on the main list, upload the file with its dates, or declare that you will show it on site. a few hours, spread over time

6. Follow the improvement plan

   For each action created by a “no” or a “partly”, choose what to do, who is in charge and by when, then close it. 20 minutes to set it up

7. Share your dossier with clients

   Choose which clients can see your dossier; you can revoke it whenever you like. 2 minutes

A tip

You don't have to do everything in one day: every step is saved and ticks itself off. Start with your company details and the applicability questions, which reduce the work in every later step.
